Where are your custom-made shirts stitched?
All our custom shirts are manufactured in facilities owned and operated by us in Asia. All personnel are employed and managed under our supervision professional management. We therefore have full responsibility of working conditions, salaries, safety etc.

Will my measurements be saved for future orders?
Yes, your complete record will be stored until you decide to erase it from our records. When you place your next order, you simply create your new shirt and add the previously saved record with your personnel measurements to it.

Where is the cotton for your fabrics grown?
The cotton may be grown all over the world but we primarily source our fabric from the finest mills in the fashion capital Italy and Switzerland.

Will my shirt shrink?
Our fabrics are pre-washed to reduce shrinkage to a minimum, but cotton fabrics may still shrink a little bit. We adjust for shrinkage of the particular fabric chosen by you. The shirt will be slightly larger before the first wash and will match the final measurements provided by you afterwards.

Do you offer iron free shirts?
In general, please avoid tumble-drying and leave the shirt to dry on a hanger which reduces the effort of ironing. Several of our fabrics are treated in a way that makes them easy-care.

How and when can I order from Veneto?
Veneto is an online shopping extravaganza for men's shirts and as such it is accessible at any time of the day and night. Orders are placed via credit card only as is the custom for all online shopping needs. It is a completely secure site and during transactions and purchases all payment details are kept confidential and private.

Can I pre-order shirts?
Veneto prides itself in being a trendsetter and as such we update our website with some of the most contemporary looks of the arriving season. It is definitely possible to order a particular style that is forecasted on the site. All we require are your measurements and your order can be booked and put in queue for the upcoming season.

Can the prices change after I have placed my order?
No, the prices remain the same. Once you have placed your order and have received an e-mail confirmation, the price is not subject to change.

Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed online. However, it can be cancelled and re-ordered. For that you will need to replace your order.

How do I cancel my order?
Canceling your order, either for good or to re-order, must be done within 24 hours of placing your order (subject to change accordingly). However, once the goods have been dispatched, we will not be able to stop the delivery process.

If I have a complaint, what do I do?
Please do not hesitate to contact us on the e-mail address and contact numbers provided. Veneto strives to bring you the ultimate online shopping experience and your suggestions and complaints will always be addressed and answered accordingly.

Which payments methods are recommended to place my order?
The only mode of payment is credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

If my order does not arrive on the expected delivery date, what do I do?
Please do not hesitate to e-mail or call us. We will track your order and assist you with your query.

What is your refund/return policy?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you must return the goods within 28 days of the delivery date. Whilst you have your purchase in your possession, you do have a statutory duty to take care of our goods. Therefore, please do not damage the goods when inspecting them or trying them on for size. If you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Veneto reserves the right to pay you in full less the amount owed by you in compensation for any damage inflicted on the goods to cover any loss.
